Aikido principles 07. March 2021

This course is especially aimed at those who want to start with Aikido or who have only been practicing Aikido for a short time.

Of course, contact is an essential feature of Aikido, but there are also many exercises that you can do on your own and which facilitate a later entry into “normal training”.

Since we have already gained some experience with online courses, we can work out a meaningful selection of movements with you, which you can then continue to practice on your own or consolidate and expand in a regular online course.

The focus will be on:

Philosophy of Aikido
Breathing and meditation exercises
Functional gymnastics
Aikido basic steps
Solo aikido exercises
Simple rolling movements

The course will be designed in such a way that nobody is overwhelmed with a good mixture of exercise and relaxation. We are also happy to answer any questions you may have.

You need a little space in your room and a yoga mat or thick blanket. If you have any questions, please send us an email in advance and please register by email so that we can send you the link to the event.
