Aikido with Susen Werner from Cologne

After the federation seminar at the beginning of the year, we were so enthusiastic that we immediately invited Susen again. We look forward to having her with us in December.

Susen practices at the Aikido School in Cologne, she is a lecturer in martial arts [and the basics of training science as well as a neuroscientist] at the German Sport University in Cologne and a member of the National Technical College of the Aikido Federation in Germany.

The seminar is open to all levels and of course also to guests from other dojos.
