Aikido Kangeiko: Cold practice
Hey, how about getting up early and training in February?
Kangeiko is a tradition in a lot of Japanese martial arts. It’s supposed to show determination and dedication to the path.
This has also been a long-standing tradition in our dojo.
As always, the goal is for us all to persevere for five days together. And to top it off, there’ll be a Japanese breakfast after training every day.
We’re looking forward to seeing you.
Ganbatte!
Keep your spirits up!
