Aikido basics – Fundamental aspects of Aikido. This class is suited for beginners who want to take a first-trial class.
Aikido all – General class for all levels, beginners and advanced.
Aikido dynamic – Complex and dynamic practice. One needs to be able to take falls safely.
Aikido plus weapons – Fundamental Aikido techniques for Jo (stick), Tanto (knife), and Ken (sword).
FU-Berlin – Aikido class in cooperation with FU Berlin.

Kenjutsu basics – Suburi (individual exercises), and the first Kata series (Kihon Tachi). Suited for beginners to have a first trial class.
Kenjutsu Kata – For beginners and advanced practitioners, who have acquired the basics of handling the sword, and know the first kata series (Kihon Tachi).
